Service Description

During the intake, we take the time to calmly discuss your story. We talk about your cesarean birth, your postpartum period, and how you experienced this time. There is also space for emotions, questions, or simply to share what’s on your mind. ​ I carefully assess your scar and review your history. Based on this, we create a personalized treatment plan together that best suits your body and your goals, aiming for the best possible results. Do you have any other questions besides the treatment, or would you like some additional guidance? You are always welcome to come by. Haven’t had a C-section but curious about a Postpartum Training Plan or have other questions? You are more than welcome as well.
