Postpartum Personal Training
The period after childbirth is special, intense, and sometimes overwhelming. Your body has accomplished something incredible and now deserves attention, recovery, and personalized care.
With postpartum personal training, I guide you back to strength and confidence in your body in a safe, professional, and personal way. No quick “bounce-back” promises, but focused training tailored to your recovery, your pace, and your life as a (new) mother.



The Personal Training focuses on:

Rebuilding strength in your core and pelvic floor
Addressing back or pelvic pain
Training the pelvic floor muscles (think urinary leakage, a heavy or pressure sensation, or pain during intercourse)

Gradually and safely rebuilding after childbirth or a C-section
​
Treating and improving diastasis recti
​
Or simply helping you feel strong and confident again.
See it as a stepping stone back to your own gym routine. After this, you’ll be able to continue safely, comfortably, and confidently from where you left off. Or keeping up with this routine and these workout & tips to stay energized and fit as a mom!

All packages include one-on-one guidance: physically, mentally, and online throughout the entire program. If you experience any concerns or have questions, you can always reach out. I will make sure you receive a prompt response and the support you need.
You will receive your at-home instructions online (via WhatsApp or email), clearly outlining what you can do at home to achieve optimal results. This includes detailed explanations, tips & tricks, and shared experiences, also with regard to nutrition and supplementation.

With the deluxe package, you may choose either two full-body (relaxation) massages or two C-section scar treatments during the program. These treatments take place in our treatment room and are separate from the personal training sessions.
