StrongHer Curaçao Terms and Conditions

By making and undergoing an appointment for a treatment or massage at StrongHer Curaçao, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

The massage/treatment you receive is not intended to diagnose and/or treat any medical conditions. In case of doubt about a condition, injury, or contraindication, StrongHer Curaçao may decide not to proceed with the treatment and may refer you to a doctor, therapist, or specialist. Follow-up treatments are possible once your treating physician/therapist/specialist has given consent.
If you are currently under the care of a doctor, therapist, or specialist, or if you are taking medication, it is advisable to consult with your healthcare provider to determine whether massage is appropriate for you.
The client is responsible for the information provided during the intake process and for the accuracy of this information, so that the massage/treatment can be carried out as safely and responsibly as possible.
StrongHer Curaçao cannot be held liable for negative outcomes resulting from incorrect information or withholding symptoms, injuries, and/or illnesses.
StrongHer Curaçao reserves the right to refuse clients who are under the influence of mind-altering and/or intoxicating substances, alcohol, or who otherwise present a contraindication.
StrongHer Curaçao cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of the client’s personal belongings.
Diplomas/certificates obtained by massage therapists and staff members are available for clients to view.
Ethics and hygiene are very important at StrongHer Curaçao and are equally expected from the client.
For hygiene reasons, clients are expected to shower shortly before their treatment. This ensures a pleasant working environment for the therapist and a comfortable experience for the client. Clients may expect StrongHer Curaçao to maintain a clean practice space and clean materials.
During treatments, the phone is set to silent. However, in case of emergency—if the phone rings twice within one minute—the therapist may be required to answer.
Massages/treatments at StrongHer Curaçao are available by appointment only. Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email, or online.
Appointments must be cancelled no later than one day (24 hours) before the scheduled treatment—this is free of charge. If cancelled too late (within 24 hours), on the day of the appointment, or if you do not show up, StrongHer Curaçao is obliged to charge the full treatment price. You will receive a separate invoice for this.
Payment for individual clients must be made immediately after the treatment—preferably in cash (exact amount appreciated due to limited change), by card, or via Tikkie or bank transfer after consultation.
You may also pay using a StrongHer Curaçao gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and no refund will be given if the value of the treatment(s) is less than the value of the gift card.
StrongHer Curaçao gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
StrongHer Curaçao reserves the right to change prices at any time. For appointments made prior to a price change, the price applicable at the time of booking will be honored.
All personal and medical information you provide before or during the treatment will be treated confidentially. This information will never be shared with third parties without your written consent.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you declare that you will not hold StrongHer Curaçao liable for any consequences, side effects, or after-effects that may arise from the massage/treatment provided.
All massages and treatments offered by StrongHer Curaçao are strictly professional and have no erotic component. Clients who behave inappropriately or make sexual remarks will be asked to leave immediately, and no future treatments will be offered.
StrongHer Curaçao takes the utmost care to perform all treatments safely and responsibly. However, physical or emotional reactions may occur after a treatment, such as fatigue, headache, nausea, light bleeding, muscle contractions, or other side effects. These reactions are considered a natural result of stimulating the body. StrongHer Curaçao cannot be held liable for any complaint, complication, or event occurring after the treatment, including (but not limited to) premature contractions, premature birth, bleeding, worsening of existing conditions, or any other health issues that arise after leaving the practice. The client remains fully responsible for her own health and should contact her (family) doctor or treating specialist in case of doubt or persistent symptoms.
